The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access shops, pubs, and restaurants within a short walk. The outdoor space allows for relaxation and enjoyment. The rooms are well-equipped and tastefully decorated, providing everything one would need for a comfortable stay.
The control of central heating was not ideal, with it coming on at inconvenient times.

I was thrilled to have free WiFi at The Snug, because how else would I scroll through pictures of other people's vacations while on my own holiday? Plus, the flat-screen TV was perfect for binge-watching my favorite shows.
Just what I needed, another property without an iron. I love wearing wrinkled clothes, it's my signature style.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy little house. It was the perfect size for me, my partner, and our dog. The location was fantastic, just steps away from shops, pubs, and restaurants. Plus, despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The house was well equipped and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The small outdoor space was a nice touch, providing a place to relax. the hotel facilities were great, with everything I needed for a short break. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

We had a lovely getaway as a couple and stayed at The Snug for a short break. The location was perfect, right off the High Street but surprisingly quiet. The outdoor space was small but great for relaxing. The hotel was extremely well equipped and tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed for our stay and will definitely be coming back.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay at Snug Villa in Cockermouth. The location was perfect, just steps away from shops, pubs, and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of town, it was surprisingly quiet. The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. We loved the charm of the place and found it to be ideal for a couple like us. We also appreciated the low-cost parking option in the nearby public car park. we couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be coming back.
